- Verify data: enrichment from a verified graph first and other sources only for the gaps, with source, date and confidence on every field. Values you entered are never overwritten.

### Who is Outbind for?

### Is this an email tool?
No. Email is one channel: Outbind sends from your own Gmail or Outlook and automates LinkedIn in the cloud, with every reply in one Unibox. It also finds and researches people, follows up and moves your pipeline.

### How is this different from hiring someone?
A salesperson costs a salary, takes months to ramp up and can leave. Outbind runs every day from the first week, and every plan costs a fraction of a hire.

### Do I have to approve every message?
No. With Autopilot on, Outbind sends on its own. You OK its first leads once; after that it adds good fits by itself, or you can choose to review every lead. Obi answers people who want to talk, with your booking link. Pricing questions, objections and anything unclear come to you. One WhatsApp message pauses everything.

### Where do the client contacts come from?
From your ideal client. Outbind searches for people and companies that fit, enriches them from its own verified pool first and other sources only for the gaps, and records the source of every field.

### Which channels does it use?
Email from your own Gmail or Outlook, and LinkedIn, automated in the cloud. Emails go out between 8am and 8pm their time. WhatsApp is only between you and Outbind; your contacts are never messaged there.

### Can I run Outbind from a dashboard, or only from WhatsApp?
Both. The web dashboard shows every client, conversation and status. On WhatsApp, Outbind reports to you and takes instructions. Use either, or both.

### Do I have to use WhatsApp?
No. Everything runs from the web dashboard. WhatsApp is optional, for when a message is quicker than opening a screen.

### Is my data (and my contacts' data) handled under GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU. GDPR shapes how contacts are sourced, stored and messaged.

### What does it cost?
A free plan and four paid plans. Obi's brain is free forever with no card: it remembers your company and up to 100 prospects and writes 500 drafts and 100 hard replies a month, in the app or in ChatGPT and Claude over MCP. It does not find leads or send. The four paid plans, two for one person and two for teams, all run Autopilot, which finds, writes, sends and follows up. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial: its features and 1,000 credits to try them. Its full monthly credits and LinkedIn arrive when the plan starts.
