Creator terms
These apply to everyone in the program, on top of our Terms of Service.
- Your share. 30% of what a customer you brought pays, before tax, for 12 months from their first payment. We may change the share for new payments with 30 days' notice; payments already made keep the share they had.
- Who counts. Someone counts as yours when they sign up through your link. Your own account and workspaces do not count.
- When you are paid. Each share is held 30 days. Shares that are ready are paid at the start of each month by PayPal or Wise once they reach $50. A refunded or disputed payment is taken back, and if it was already paid, it comes off your next payout.
- Tax. Outbind AI LLC is a US company, so before your first payout we ask for a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US). You handle your own taxes.
- Be honest. Describe Obi as it is today, using only what our site and docs say. No made-up results, numbers, reviews or customer stories.
- Say it is paid. Mark posts with your link as sponsored or an affiliate link wherever the platform or the law asks.
- No spam. Share your link in your own content and with people who asked. No bulk emails or bulk messages with your link.
- No ads on our name. Do not bid on "Outbind", "Obi" or our domains in search ads, and do not post your link on coupon sites.
- Ending. You can leave at any time. We can pause or remove an account that breaks these terms, and we can change or end the program with 30 days' notice. Shares you earned honestly before then are still paid.
Questions
Do I need a paid plan to join?
No. You join on the Free plan. Once someone you brought pays, your workspace gets Team free while you stay in the program.
Is there a review before I can share my link?
No. You get your link the moment you join. We may remove accounts that break the creator terms.
Do I earn for free sign-ups?
No. You earn only from payments, so a sign-up earns once that person pays for Brain or Team.
How long does my link count for?
Someone counts as yours when they sign up after following your link in the same visit. After that, you earn from their payments for 12 months from the first one.
Where do I see my numbers?
In the app under Settings, Earn: your link, clicks in the last 30 days, sign-ups, paying customers, and what is held, ready and paid.
Which countries can join?
Anywhere PayPal or Wise can pay you.
