Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with that plan's features and 1,000 credits to try them. Its full monthly credits and LinkedIn arrive when the plan starts. You add a card when you sign up. On day 7 we charge your plan's price for the month or the whole year, unless you cancel from Billing within the 7 days. You can start paying sooner from Billing.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack on any plan (2,500 for $15, 10,000 for $50, 25,000 for $110 or 50,000 for $200), or move up a plan. Upgrades start right away, with extra credits for the rest of the month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at each renewal. Pack credits never expire and are always used last.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Billing. Upgrades start now. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
How is this different from per-seat tools?
Most tools charge per seat and leave the writing and sending to you. Every Outbind plan runs Autopilot, which finds leads, writes, sends and follows up. Team plans include their seats.
