Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Outbind AI LLC handles the limited personal data you give us when you join our early-access waitlist. We built Outbind to be privacy-first, so we collect as little as possible and tell you plainly what happens to it.

This policy reflects our current practices. If our practices change, we will update this policy and publish a new “last updated” date whenever it changes.

1. Who we are

Outbind is a product operated by Outbind AI LLC (“Outbind AI LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. For the personal data described in this policy, Outbind AI LLC is the data controller. That means we decide why and how your personal data is used, and we are responsible for protecting it in line with applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to the data we describe here.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us at privacy@outbind.ai.

2. What data we collect

We deliberately collect the smallest amount of data needed to run a waitlist. When you sign up, we collect:

  • Work email address (required) so we can confirm your place and contact you about early access.
  • Full name (optional) so we can address you properly if you choose to share it.
  • Consent metadata to prove your consent was freely given: a consent flag, the exact wording you agreed to, a consent version, and an ISO-8601 timestamp of when you agreed.
  • User-agent string (the basic technical description your browser sends) may be stored for security and troubleshooting.

Just as important is what we do not collect. We do not store your raw IP address (a deliberate data-minimisation choice), and we do not set any tracking cookies or build behavioural profiles of you. We only ever receive the information you choose to submit through the waitlist form.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your data for one narrow purpose: to operate the early-access waitlist and keep you informed about Outbind ahead of launch. In practice, that means:

  • Confirming your signup by sending a single confirmation that you have joined the waitlist.
  • Keeping you updatedwith occasional notes about early access and the product’s progress, so you know when and how you can get in.
  • Protecting the waitlist from automated abuse and keeping a minimal record that proves your consent was freely given.

We aim to use your data only in ways you would reasonably expect from a waitlist signup. We will not use it for any new or unrelated purpose without telling you first, and we do not build advertising profiles, run automated decision-making that produces legal effects, or enrich your record with data bought from third parties.

Where the GDPR or similar data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases for the limited processing described above:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable) for adding you to the waitlist and sending you early-access and product marketing emails. We capture this through an explicit opt-in checkbox that is unticked by default and required before you can join. To demonstrate that consent, we store the exact consent text you agreed to, the consent version, and the timestamp of your agreement. You can withdraw consent at any time, which is as easy as giving it.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable) for the narrow security and troubleshooting purposes described in this policy, such as keeping a user-agent string to protect the waitlist from abuse. We aim to balance these interests against your rights and freedoms, and we keep this processing to the minimum needed.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To understand aggregate traffic, namely how many people visit, which pages they view, the broad country and device category, and how fast the site loads (Core Web Vitals), we use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel (Web Analytics and Speed Insights). All of them measure without cookies, without storing your IP address, and without building any profile of you as an individual; the data is aggregate and cannot be used to identify you or track you across other sites. Because we still set no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie-consent banner to click through.

To stop automated bots from spamming the waitlist, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-first bot check. Turnstile is cookieless by design and does not track you across sites or build an advertising profile. We disclose it here for full transparency, but it does not change the fact that this site sets no tracking cookies.

6. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not rent or trade your details. The only parties that ever touch your data are a small number of trusted service providers (processors) that help us run the waitlist. Each one only processes your data on our instructions, for the purposes we set, and under a data processing agreement:

  • Supabase hosts our database (Postgres). Your waitlist record is stored in an EU region (for example, Frankfurt), keeping the data within the EU for residency purposes.
  • Resend sends the waitlist confirmation and update emails on our behalf.
  • Cloudflare provides the cookieless bot check (Turnstile) and cookieless, aggregate Web Analytics, both described above.
  • Vercel provides cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights (aggregate traffic counts and real-user performance metrics), with no cookies and no individual profiling.

We aim to keep the number of processors as small as possible, and we review new providers before they ever touch your data. We will update this list as our practices change.

7. International transfers

Your waitlist record is hosted in the EU, which keeps the data within the EU for residency purposes. Because Outbind AI LLC is a United States company and some of our processors operate globally, limited processing may still involve a transfer of personal data across borders. Where that happens, we aim to rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another lawful transfer mechanism where applicable, so that your data keeps an equivalent level of protection wherever it is processed.

8. Data retention

We keep your waitlist entry only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it. In practice, we aim to retain it until we launch and have onboarded you (or you decide not to proceed), or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. When we no longer need your data, we delete it or, where deletion is not immediately possible, we restrict and isolate it until it can be removed. You can ask us to remove you at any time, and we will act on that request promptly.

We may keep a minimal record of the fact that you withdrew consent or asked to be removed (for example, a suppression entry) so that we can honour your choice and avoid contacting you again. That record is kept to the minimum needed for that purpose.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasureof your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction of how we process your data.
  • Objection to our processing.
  • Portability to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, which is as easy as giving it: use the unsubscribe link or reply to any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@outbind.ai. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority or supervisory body that applies to you. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

We aim to respond to any request within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity first, by confirming you control the email address on the waitlist record, so that we do not disclose or change someone else’s data by mistake. Exercising your rights is free in the ordinary course.

10. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Information is stored with our EU-hosted database provider, access is limited to those who need it on a need-to-know basis, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We aim to apply data minimisation throughout, so the less we hold, the less there is to protect. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to reduce what we hold in the first place. If a personal data breach ever affects you and the law requires it, we aim to notify you and the relevant authority as required.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business and professional users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@outbind.ai and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or the law evolve. When we make changes, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let you know by email.
