Outbind for sales teams: deals, not data entry
How sales teams use Outbind: shared Autopilot fills the pipeline, replies are sorted and assigned, deals move on their own and sync with your CRM.
Sales teams use Outbind to take prospecting and data entry off their reps. A shared Autopilot finds and emails the accounts that fit, replies are sorted and assigned, deals move when a reply comes in, and your CRM stays in sync every 5 minutes. Reps just sell.
Team plans cover 3 or 5 seats, from $199 a month, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
Why do sales reps spend so little time selling?
Because the work around selling expands to fill the week. Reps research accounts, hunt for emails, write first lines, log calls, update stages and chase quiet deals. Each job is small, and together they leave little room for conversations with buyers.
Managers feel it too. When a rep forgets to update the CRM, the forecast is guesswork, and a deal that went quiet two weeks ago only shows up when it is already lost.
What does Outbind take off a sales team?
Outbind handles the top of the pipeline and the admin that follows it.
- Account selection. It maps your TAM from your ICP and searches it every morning. Each account is scored on fit, persona and intent, with the reasons shown, so reps can see why it is on their list.
- Signals. Hiring and funding on every plan, plus new leaders, expansions and acquisitions on Team, checked weekly. Team Scale adds tech stack signals and what changed.
- First touch and follow-ups. Each lead is researched, emails cite real sources and pass 35+ pre-send checks, and they go out from your reps' own mailboxes. LinkedIn runs in the cloud next to email.
- Reply handling. Every email and LinkedIn reply lands in a shared Unibox, sorted as interested, objection, meeting and more, and assigned to a rep. Obi sends your booking link to people who want to talk.
- Pipeline upkeep. Stages are reply-based: the deal moves when the reply comes in. Quiet, stalled and unanswered deals are flagged.
How does Outbind work with our CRM?
It syncs both ways every 5 minutes. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Pro Plus and up; Salesforce sync is on Team Scale.
Enrichment never overwrites a value a rep entered. Every field Outbind adds carries its source, date and confidence, so RevOps can see where each value came from. Emails are never guessed from name patterns.
Which plan fits a sales team?
Pick by team size, volume and CRM.

| Seats included | 3 | 5 |
| Extra seat | $49 a month | $49 a month |

What ICP would a sales team set?
Use the segment your best closed deals came from. For example: "IT directors at 200 to 1,000 person healthcare groups" or "procurement heads at mid-sized food producers".
If reps own territories or verticals, give each segment its own ICP and personas. Scoring then works per segment, and the shared Unibox lets you route replies to the rep who owns that patch.
What do reps and managers still do?
People still run the deals. Outbind keeps the pipeline full and tidy around them.
| Outbind | Reps | Managers |
|---|---|---|
| Finds and scores accounts | Run discovery calls | Set the ICP and segments |
| Writes, sends and follows up | Answer objections and pricing questions | Assign replies and review analytics |
| Moves deals on replies | Send proposals and close | Act on flagged quiet deals |
Pricing questions, objections and anything unclear always reach a rep, never an automatic answer.
Is an AI SDR a replacement for our SDRs?
Not always. Some teams use Outbind instead of adding headcount; others let it run the first touch so their SDRs spend their time on warm replies. FAQ
Can each rep send from their own mailbox?
Yes. Each rep connects their own mailbox, and every mailbox gets a slow start so it stays out of spam. Team allows up to 10 mailboxes and Team Scale up to 20.
Does Outbind work with Salesforce?
Yes, on Team Scale. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Pro Plus and up. Sync runs both ways every 5 minutes.
How do managers see what Outbind is doing?
The team activity log records what happened, analytics show results per teammate, and Slack alerts flag replies that need someone.
Can we stop all sending at once?
Yes. If you connect WhatsApp, one message to Obi pauses all sending. Your contacts are never messaged there.
