AI SDR pricing in 2026: what you actually pay
AI SDR pricing in 2026 explained. Real prices from vendor pages, the four pricing models, hidden costs, and what a startup should budget per month.
AI SDR pricing in 2026 runs from $0 for a writing-only free plan to several thousand dollars a month on an annual contract. Self-serve tools that find, write and send start at about $49 to $100 a month. Enterprise agents with voice start around $3,750 a month, billed yearly. For most startups, a realistic budget is $49 to $400 a month plus your own mailboxes.
We make Outbind, so treat our numbers as our own. Every other price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read on 21 October 2026.
How much does an AI SDR cost per month?
An AI SDR costs between $49 and about $600 a month on self-serve and mid-market plans, and from about $3,750 a month on enterprise contracts. The table shows entry prices from each vendor's own page, as of October 2026.
| Tool | Entry price (as of October 2026) | Pricing model | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outbind | Free plan $0 (brain only); Pro $49/mo | Flat monthly plan with credits for data | Monthly or yearly, 7-day trial on paid plans |
| Instantly (AI Sales Agent) | $94/mo, Starter bundle | Monthly bundle | Monthly or discounted |
| lemlist | $69/mo, Email plan | Per user | Monthly, quarterly or yearly |
| Salesforge (Agent Frank) | $499/mo, billed quarterly | Per agent | Quarterly |
| Amplemarket | $600/mo, 2 users | Per plan | Annual term |
| AiSDR | $1.50 per person prospected, or $2,500/mo managed | Per contact or managed | Pay as you go or monthly |
| 11x (Alice) | From $3,750/mo, billed annually | Enterprise contract | Annual default |
| Artisan | Not published | Quote after a demo | Demo-led |
Entry prices are not like for like. One plan may include data, LinkedIn and reply handling; another may cover email sending only. For a fuller look at what each tool does, see best AI SDR tools.
What are the four AI SDR pricing models?
AI SDRs are priced in four ways, and the model matters as much as the number.
- Flat monthly plan. You pay one price a month for a set amount of leads, credits or emails. Easy to budget and easy to cancel. Outbind and Instantly work this way.
- Per seat or per user. The price grows with each person on the account. Fine for one founder, expensive for a team of ten. lemlist says its pricing is based on the number of users.
- Per contact or per action. You pay for each person prospected or each meeting. Cheap to start, but hard to predict once it works. AiSDR's pay as you go plan is $1.50 per person prospected.
- Annual enterprise contract. A quote after a demo, usually billed yearly, often with onboarding included. 11x defaults to annual; Artisan quotes only after a demo.
For a startup testing whether AI can book meetings at all, a flat monthly plan with a free trial is the lowest risk. You learn in weeks, not after a year-long contract.
What hidden costs come with an AI SDR?
The hidden costs of an AI SDR are data, mailboxes, add-ons and the time to set it up. Before you compare prices, check these five lines:
- Data credits. Many tools charge separately for finding and checking emails. On Outbind, credits pay for finding and checking data; sending, writing and follow-ups never use credits.
- Mailboxes and domains. If the tool sends from your own inbox, you pay your email provider for each mailbox. If it uses managed mailboxes, that is usually priced in.
- Add-ons. LinkedIn, buying signals, extra seats and CRM sync are sometimes extras. lemlist lists lead data and buying intent signals as add-ons, for example.
- Contract length. An annual contract at a lower monthly rate can cost more than a monthly plan you cancel after two months.
- Your time. Someone still has to define your ideal customer, take the calls and answer the hard replies.
Is an AI SDR cheaper than hiring an SDR?
Yes, on direct cost. The Bridge Group's 2025 report puts median SDR on-target earnings at $80K a year in the US, with an average ramp of 3.0 months. Most AI SDR plans for small teams cost under $5,000 a year. Outbind costs $588 to $4,788 a year at monthly prices.
But an AI SDR does not replace everything a person does. It is strong on lists, research, first emails, follow-ups and sorting replies. A person is still better on live calls and complex deals. We cover the split in AI SDR vs human SDR.
How much should a startup budget for an AI SDR?
A startup should budget $49 to $400 a month for the AI SDR itself, plus a small monthly cost for each sending mailbox. That range covers one founder selling alone up to a small sales team.
| Stage | What you need | Outbind plan |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-launch, just writing | Help writing emails to people you already know | Free, $0 |
| First customers, one founder | Find, write, send and follow up for one person | Pro, $49/mo |
| Founder plus a first seller | More leads, a research brief per lead, CRM sync | Pro Plus, $99/mo |
| Small sales team | Shared Autopilot, shared inbox, roles | Team, $199/mo |

How do you compare AI SDR prices fairly?
Compare AI SDR prices on cost per booked meeting, over the same time, on your own market. A $49 tool that books two meetings a month is a better deal than a $500 tool that books three.
Run a free trial against your real ideal customer, count meetings booked, and divide what you paid by that number. Use our cold email reply rate benchmarks to sanity check the reply rates you see along the way.
What does Outbind cost?
Outbind has a free plan and four paid plans. Free gives one person Obi's brain at $0 with no card: it remembers your company and up to 100 prospects, and writes 500 drafts and 100 hard replies a month. The paid plans run Autopilot, which finds, writes, sends and follows up:
