11x vs Artisan vs Outbind: AI SDRs compared (2026)
11x vs Artisan vs Outbind compared on pricing, contracts, channels and fit. Which AI SDR suits enterprise teams, and which suits founders?
In an 11x vs Artisan comparison, both are enterprise-style AI SDRs: annual contracts, demo first, and AI voice or a dialer. 11x lists Growth from $3,750 a month billed annually, and Artisan publishes no prices. Outbind is the pick for founders, agencies and small teams who want to see the price before the demo, starting at $49 a month.
An AI SDR is software that does the work of a sales development rep: finding prospects, researching them, writing and sending messages, following up and booking meetings. All three do that. They differ in who they are built for and how you buy them.
Key points
- 11x sells two agents: Alice for outbound email and social, and Julian for inbound voice and chat. Annual contracts are the default and there is no self-serve trial.
- Artisan sells Ava, an AI BDR with a 250M+ contact database, intent signals and a dialer. Pricing is credit-based and quoted after a demo.
- Outbind runs email and LinkedIn from your own Gmail or Outlook, with public monthly plans from $49 and a 7-day free trial.
- Pick 11x or Artisan if you need AI voice calls, a dialer or enterprise security and procurement. Pick Outbind if you want an AI SDR without an enterprise contract.
What is 11x?
11x is a company that sells AI agents for sales teams. On its own site, Alice is the outbound agent, described as "email & social agents" that research each account and write a relevant message. Julian is the inbound agent: "voice and chat agents" that contact, qualify and book meetings around the clock, in multiple languages. The 11x homepage lists voice, chat, email, social, SMS and WhatsApp as channels, plus a human dialer.
11x sends Alice's emails from 11x managed Gmail mailboxes, with domain setup, warmup, inbox rotation and monitoring included on every plan, according to its Alice pricing page.
What is Artisan?
Artisan is a company that sells Ava, which it calls an "autonomous AI BDR" that runs prospecting end to end. Artisan's product guide says Ava finds and enriches leads from a database of 250M+ verified contacts, writes and sends personalised email from your own domains in your reps' names, handles replies and books meetings. The stack includes B2B data, enrichment, deliverability, sequencing, a dialer and intent signals.
Artisan describes human-in-the-loop controls such as approvals, tone and CTA locks, and escalation rules. For enterprise buyers it lists SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SAML and audit logs.
What is Outbind?
Outbind is the autonomous client engine for founders, agencies and sales teams. It maps your market from your website, finds and scores people who fit (fit, persona and intent, with the reasons), researches them, writes and sends from your own Gmail or Outlook, automates LinkedIn in the cloud, sorts every reply in one Unibox and answers people who want to talk with your booking link. Its AI is called Obi, and you can run it from the web dashboard or WhatsApp.

How does 11x pricing compare with Artisan and Outbind?
11x publishes its entry price, Artisan does not, and Outbind publishes every plan. As of October 2026, the 11x Alice pricing page lists Growth as "Starting at $3,750 / mo", billed annually, for up to 5 end users and 2,000 new prospects a month. Pro and Enterprise are custom quotes.
One caution: the FAQ on the same 11x page says Growth "starts at $36,000 per year", while $3,750 a month comes to $45,000 a year. Ask 11x which applies to you. Julian is priced separately: voice starts at $5,333 a month and chat at $2,417 a month, both billed annually, on the Julian pricing page.
11x's billing FAQ says annual is the default, non-renewal needs 30 days' written notice, onboarding is included with no setup fees, and Alice is priced "per prospect, not per send".
Artisan's pricing page describes credit-based pricing with tiers "for startups through enterprise". Its product guide says plans are scoped to lead volume, mailboxes and dialer seats, and the route in is a demo. We could not find a dollar figure on Artisan's own pages, so we do not quote one.
| Plan | Price (as of October 2026) | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 11x Alice Growth | From $3,750/mo, billed annually | Up to 5 users, 2,000 new prospects/mo, managed mailboxes |
| 11x Julian Growth | Voice from $5,333/mo; chat from $2,417/mo | 2,000 voice calls or 3,000 chats/mo |
| Artisan | Quote after demo | Credit-based; scoped to leads, mailboxes, dialer seats |
| Outbind Pro | $49/mo | 5,000 credits, up to about 400 leads, 1 LinkedIn account |
| Outbind Pro Plus | $99/mo | 12,000 credits, up to about 1,000 leads, 2 LinkedIn accounts |
| Outbind Team | $199/mo | 25,000 shared credits, 3 seats, 4 LinkedIn accounts |
| Outbind Team Scale | $399/mo | 50,000 shared credits, 5 seats, 8 LinkedIn accounts |
On Outbind, sending never uses credits, there is no setup fee, and yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
Worked example: a founder with one product
Say you are a founder with no sales team yet.
- On 11x Growth, the listed entry price is $3,750 a month on an annual contract, so your first-year commitment is in the tens of thousands of dollars before you see results.
- On Artisan, you book a demo and get a quote based on lead volume, mailboxes and dialer seats.
- On Outbind Pro, you pay $49 a month for up to about 400 leads, or $490 a year with yearly billing. If it does not work for you, you can stop at the end of the month.
If you need 2,000 new prospects a month and five users from day one, 11x Growth is sized for that. If you are still testing whether this channel works for you, a monthly plan is lower risk.
Do you need AI voice calls or a dialer?
If phone is central to how you sell, 11x and Artisan are the better fit. Julian makes and takes calls with an AI voice, qualifies leads and books meetings, and the 11x homepage says its voice agents can also call existing customers and close simple upgrades. Artisan includes a dialer and direct dials in its data.
Outbind does not make calls. It works on email and LinkedIn, and when someone wants to talk it answers with your booking link, so the call happens with you.
Whose mailboxes and domains does each AI SDR use?
The three tools take different approaches to sending. 11x sends from 11x managed Gmail mailboxes it sets up, warms and rotates for you. Artisan sends from your own domains in your reps' names. Outbind sends from the Gmail or Outlook mailboxes you already use and connect.
On Outbind, emails go out 8am to 8pm in the recipient's time zone, at up to 50 emails a day per mailbox. New mailboxes start slowly, and sending rotates across the mailboxes you connect. Every draft passes 35+ pre-send checks, and messages cite real sources from the research.
How much control do you keep?
All three can run with high autonomy. Artisan lists approvals, tone and CTA locks, and escalation rules. On Outbind, Autopilot sends on its own without per-email approval. You OK the first leads once, or choose to review every lead. Pricing questions, objections and anything unclear come to you, and a Flow stops the moment someone replies or books. Outbind also learns from replies, won deals and your edits.
When is 11x the better choice?
11x is the better choice when you have a sales team, a budget for an annual contract and a need beyond email:
- You want AI voice agents for inbound speed-to-lead, qualification or customer expansion calls.
- You need SMS, WhatsApp or chat as sales channels.
- You want managed mailbox infrastructure handled for you.
- You need enterprise terms such as SSO, a custom DPA, a custom SLA or a dedicated CSM (listed on its Enterprise plan).
- You want multi-year price locks.
When is Artisan the better choice?
Artisan is the better choice when you want an AI BDR plus a dialer and a large contact database in one, and your buyers expect enterprise security:
- You want a dialer and direct dials alongside email.
- You need SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SAML and audit logs.
- You prefer a guided, demo-led rollout.
When is Outbind the better choice?
Outbind is the better choice when you want an AI SDR without the enterprise contract:
- You want to see the price before any demo, and start for $49 a month.
- You want a 7-day free trial and monthly terms rather than an annual commitment.
- You sell by email and LinkedIn, and want both in one Unibox.
- You want to send from your own Gmail or Outlook.
- You run an agency or small team and want shared credits and one Autopilot across 3 or 5 seats, with two-way CRM sync for HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
- You care where your data comes from: Outbind records source, date and confidence on every field and never guesses emails from name patterns.
